Our 15-yard is the smallest size dumpster that we offer. This size is can hold about the same as three pick-up truck beds. So, with that reference, our 15-yard roll-off dumpster can handle debris produced from projects like redoing your home garden or doing a small room renovation. It could even possibly hold all of your shingles from your old roof depending on your roof size.

20-Yard

Our 20-yard dumpster is one of our most popular sizes next to our 30 yard dumpster. A 20 yard roll-off is an ideal size that can hold a pretty decent amount of trash. Dumpster Placement

When trying to figure out where to place your dumpster there are a few things to take into consideration. Finding and measuring out an area to place your roll-off dumpster is ideal before the dumpster is delivered. Keep in mind the area surrounding where you want your dumpster deposited. When you’ve found where you want to have your rental placed please take into consideration the weather. Rain can damper the removal of the dumpster once it’s full, make sure it can be removed with minimal damage to your yard. A level even surface is ideal and we encourage any potential renters to ask questions about placement when calling to rent a roll-off with us, we’re more than happy to help. The majority of our rentals are at your location for two weeks.

Residential vs. Commercial

What's The Difference?

Residential cleanups typically tend to involve smaller projects. Such as home or backyard cleanouts, spring cleaning, minor storm cleanups, and smaller construction jobs. Since these jobs are typically smaller, you are required to load up the roll-off dumpster yourself. However, there are some items that are not allowed in our dumpsters, such as hazardous and bulky waste. This would include tires, liquid paint, paint cans, fluorescent lights, propane tanks, medical waste, animal parts, mattresses, box springs, electronics, televisions, explosives, flammable items, pesticides, aerosol cans, anti-freeze, car fluids, oils, gasoline, batteries, and herbicides. Adding any of these items to our dumpster will result in an added fee. If you do possess any of these items that you would like to remove from your home, please visit this page regarding the state of Texas’ hazardous waste requirements and permits. https://www.tceq.texas.gov/permitting/waste_permits

Commercial cleanups are associated with larger projects. Such as large building cleanouts, major construction projects, considerable storm damage cleanup, and basically any big waste cleanout project. You will still be required to load up these yourself, however, there will be more room typically since our larger roll-off dumpsters are normally needed for these types of jobs. The same terms apply when it comes to not including any hazardous or bulky materials, and any adding of the items above will incur added fees. Hazardous waste also includes any medical-related waste, such as syringes, medical bags, any type of used/unused/expired medicinal cartridges, etc. If you have any questions on how to properly dispose of your medical waste, please visit this page from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for further information. https://www.tceq.texas.gov/permitting/waste_permits/msw_permits/medwaste/medwaste
